Founding Director
Keith Amerson, M.S. Ed, is the Founder and Clinical Director of TLC. Mr. Amerson received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Master's degree in Special Education and is completing the requirements to obtain a Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA) certification. Mr. Amerson received his training under the staff at the UCLA Clinic for the Behavioral Treatment of Children (renamed the Lovaas Institute for Early Intervention).

As the Founding Director of TLC, Mr. Amerson provides supervision to the Director of Clinical Services, Case Supervisors, Senior and Behavioral Therapists. This includes reviewing the design of ABA treatment programs, analyzing and assessing behavioral services provided; training staff to administer behavioral therapy; conducting functional behavioral assessments and providing initial and ongoing behavioral and educational consultation services. In addition, Mr. Amerson discusses each child's overall progress and any areas of difficulty that may arise during the course of the child's treatment.

Director of Clinical Services
Alisa Dror, M.S.Ed, BCBA is TLC's Director of Clinical Services. Ms. Dror has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, has a Master's Degree in Special Education, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a certified Relationship Development Intervention (RDI) Consultant and is currently completing her Ph.D in Special Education. Ms. Dror has worked with children with children on the autism spectrum, using applied behavior analysis since 1995. During that time she has provided direct therapy to children, supervised individual educational and behavioral programs, conducted functional behavioral assessments, written educational and behavioral programs, consulted with school districts on mainstreaming and inclusion, collaborated with other professionals in the field and provided training and conferences to families, service providers and school districts.

As the Director of Clinical Services, Ms. Dror supervises the implementation of applied behavior analysis techniques by the staff, provides initial theoretical and practical training to new staff members, implements and monitors procedures, coordinate schedules, identifies areas of difficulty in the acquisition of skills, consults with school districts on mainstreaming and inclusion, conducts educational and functional behavioral assessments, writes behavioral intervention plans and oversees the work of the case supervisors.

Case Supervisors
TLC's Supervisors have a minimum of five years of supervised work experience and either possesses or are pursuing a Master's Degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. TLC's Case Supervisors regularly work with each child to ascertain levels of functioning and to make direct assessments of the child's rates of acquisition and progress. The Case Supervisor is responsible for designing the specific goals and teaching procedures, evaluates the student's progress on a weekly basis, providing parent training and instituting new goals when appropriate. The Case Supervisor also coordinates services between related service providers and conducts school observations, training and makes modification recommendations. Ensuring that all Case Supervisors work directly with the children provides necessary quality control measures that provide objective feedback regarding the child behaviors and skills obtained. An additional benefit is that this direct contact helps to identify deficit areas that go beyond the training and level of expertise of TLC's Behavioral Therapists and Senior Behavioral Therapists. The Case Supervisors are responsible for monitoring the therapists who provide direct ABA therapy to TLC clients. The Case Supervisor additionally evaluates case therapists on a quarterly basis so that TLC is able to provide them with additional training to sharpen their knowledge base and build their competency across skill areas.
