All potential candidates for employment must meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, education, special education or a related field of study.
- Must be willing to work at least 20 hours per week
- Submit a curriculum vitae/resume of their professional experience which includes prior employment, professional accomplishments, educational background, and references.
- Verifying information that the candidate is legal to work in the United States or has proper work authorization or working visa status from the Immigration and Naturalization Service
