Tri-State Learning Center, Inc. (TLC) is an innovative agency that provides comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to young children diagnosed with pervasive developmental disorders (PDD), autism, or related disorders, in environments that are not defined by walls.

It is Tri-State Learning Center's mission to meet the dynamic and evolving needs of children and families who are faced with the daunting journey of overcoming the deficits presented by Autism Spectrum Disorders. It is TLC's mission to find the balance between when to guide, ride or follow our clients on this journey.
